Contract No. NRC-33-93-182, Task Order No. 4 In accordance with the task order procedures of the subject contract, this letter definitizes Task Order No. 4.
This effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work and the contractor's proposal dated July 20, 1993, which is hereby incorporated by reference. The effective date of this task order is August 1,1993.
Task Order No. 4 shall be in effert from August 1,1993 through January 31, 1994 with a total cost ceiling of $167,590.18. The amount of $156,480.06 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs and the amount of $11,110.12 represents the fixed fee.
