Modification No.14 to Task Order No. 06 under Contract No.
NRC-39-89-113 The purpose of this <nodification is to provide for a downward adjustment of the Task Order ceiling amount to reflect completion of the subject Task Order.
Therefore, in accordance with Section G.6, entitled, " Task Order Procedures,"
of the subject contract, this letter definitizes Modification No.14 to Task Order No. 06.
The Cost Ceiling associated with performance of this Task Order is hereby decreased from $683,582.62 by $80,640.17 to $602,942.45. The total estimated reimbursable cost amount of $635,803.50 is decreased by $80,640.17 to
$555,163.33. The fixed fee amount of $47,779.12 remains unchanged.
Total deobligation amount in FY93.
$ 1,852.42 (Original Ceiling was $683,582.62 and was not decreassed when $39,000.00 was deobligated in Modification No.13. Actual cost plus fee paid is $602,942.45.
$80,640.17 represents the amount to be deobligated and $78,787.75 represents the difference in the obligated amount and $1,852.42 the actual deobligated amount.)
