Modification No. 7 to Task Order No. 01 under Contract No.
NRC-39-89-133 The purpose of this modification is to provide for a downward adjustment of the Task Order ceiling amount to reflect completion of the subject Task Order.
Therefore, in accordance with Section G.6, entitled, " Task Order Procedures,"
of the subject contract, this letter definitizes Modification No. 7 to Task Order No. 01.
The Cost Ceiling associated with performance of this Task Order is hereby decreased from $193,830.15 by $9,939.94 to $183,890.21.
The total estimated reimbursable cost amount of $180,307.12 is decreased by $9,939.94 to
$170,367.18.
The fixed fee amount of $13,523.03 remains unchanged.
