CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP FOR TOPICAL REPORT UNDER DOCKET NO. WM-102 We have received notification of a change in the ownership of the topical report, " Stability of low-Level Radioactive Waste Solidification with High-Strength Asphalt," that was originally a U.S. Ecology, Inc. document. The new I
owner is ADTECHS Corporation, a subsidiary of JGC Corporation.
Please make the necessary changes in the docket file for WM-102 to reflect the new owner. Copies of the letters from U.S. Ecology, Inc. and ADTECHS Corporation are attached for processing on the docket file. Note that ADTECHS has included as Attachment A to their letter, the necessary revised pages to o
be inserted into the topical report. They only included the revised pages for the proprietary version of the report and neglected to send in the revised pages necessary in the non-proprietary version. In addition, no replacement inserts for the binders for both versions were provided. I have requested ADTECHS to provide this additional material which they indicated will be provided to us shortly. I will forward that material to you when I receive it.
Please notify me when the ownership has been officially changed in the docket file so that I can notify both ADTECHS and U.S. Ecology.
