REVIEW OF COOPER NUCLEAR STATION EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS EXERCISE SCENARIO This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated June 17, 1993, transmitting the scenario for your upcoming annual exercise.
We have reviewed the scenario using Inspection Procedure 82302 and determined that it should support a reasonable demonstration of your emergency response capabilities.
On August 24, 1993, our specific comments and questions regarding the scenario were discussed in a telephone conversation between Dr. D. Blair Spitzberg of our staff, Mr. Robert Hayden of your organization, and Mr. Jim Connally representing the contractor organization which assisted in the development of your scenario.
