each export and mark one of such copies for transmittoi to the U.S. Nuclear Regu-totory Commission, Washington, D.C. 20555. The fellowing dectoration should oc-company or be pieced on the Shipper's Export Dectorofions for such exports:

source moterial expoded under this license.
1 Condition 8 - The bcensee shall odvise the NRC in the event there is any chonge in the designo-tion of the company who will pockage the nucleor meteriol to be exported under this license, or ony change in the location of the pockaging operation, et teost three weeks prior to the scheduled date of export.
Condition 9 - Any shipnent of plutonium by air shall be raade in accordance with the l
provisions of 10 CFR 71.68.
