Enclosed are twenty-three copies of the Claiborne Enrichment Center (CEC) Emergency Plan (EP), revision 5. Instmetions for making the revisions are detailed in the enclosed Push-Pull Instructions. This revision makes one minor revision to the EP. Specifically, the change commits (i.e.,"may" has been revised to "shall") LES to use bioassay collection methods for assessing possible internal radiation exposures.
