NRR/PRPB REVIEW 0F PROPOSED NOTICES OF VIOLATIONS OF NEW PART 20 In my March 23, 1993, memorandum on this subject, I informed you that, for power reactor licensees, all proposed violations of new Part 20 (10 CFR 20.1001 - 20.2401), and all non-cited violations of new Part 20 that are proposed for inclusion in inspection reports, should be submitted to PRPB for review.
Effective immediately, this directive also applies to non-power reactor licensees for activities covered by their Part 50 license only.
(NMSS is establishing a process for review of new Part 20 violations by NMSS licensees.)
Additional information concerning this NRR/PRPB review process is contained in my March 23, 1993, memorandum.
