We appreciate your concerns about terrorism and thank you for the background materials on explosive detection equipment enclosed with your letter.
Explosive detection is an important element of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's (NRC) reactor licensee security programs.
As you know, the NRC does not approve or endorse any product or services but expects our licensees to meet certain performance standards.
