In accordance with recent discussions with the SQN Restart Panel, we are enclosing a copy of the Post Restart Plan for your use.

This plan outlines the process that will ensure proper identification, prioritization, f unding,

and management of the post restart improvement activities. Effective implementation of this plan is intended to continuously improve SQN performance in the post restart period.

The process described in this plan has been used to generate the enclosed lic:

7 of items in the Site Improvement Plan (SIP).

Because this is a dynamic process, the SIP list will change as new actions are identified and evaluated by this process.
