Dear Mr. Durst:
On June 3, 1993, you requested selected material pertaining to the new 10 CFR Part 20 regulation.
I am enclosing a copy of the new 10 CFR Part 20 regulation and copies of Regulatory Guides that were developed for guidance in implementing the regulation.
I have also enclosed copies of questions and answers that address very specific parts of the new regulation. Although these questions and answers were developed primarily for use by NRC inspectors, we have placed them in the Public Document Room in order that they will be available to anyone who has an interest in them.
You also requested a copy of the NRC video on new Part 20. As I told you during the meeting on June 3, I have reservations with the use of the video i
for training workers.
The video was developed for presentations to professional health and safety specialists and was not designed as a single-use training aid.
Should you still desire a copy, I suggest you contact our Technical Training Center.
I do not have extra copies of the video.
