JOINT NRC/ DOE REPORT TO CONGRESS r
Attacned for your information is the final version of the Joint NRC/ DOE report to Congress on U.S. Nuclear Safety Initiatives for Soviet-Designed Reactors, which was forwarded by DOE to Congress on July 22. The Comission had reviewed and approved the report in May, subject to concents provided to 00E.
A copy is being provided to GA0 to assist them with an audit, which they began recently of the U.S. and international assistance to improve the safety of Soviet-designed nuclear power reactors.
