The purpose of this modification is to provide for a downward adjustment of the task order ceiling amount to reflect completion of the subject task order.
Therefore, in accordance with Section G.6, entitled " Task Order Procedures," of the subject contract, this letter definitizes Modification No. I to Task Order No. 43.
The cost ceiling associated with performance of Task Order No. 43 is hereby decreased from $96,519.33 by $11,686.84 to $84,832.49.
The total estimated reimbursable costs in the amount of $94,840.17 is hereby decreased by
$11,686.84 and the fixed fee in the amount of $1,679.16 remains the same.
