b-NRC-33-92-173 SB-3-92-1-1384 Modification No. 4 Page 2 of 3 The purpose of this modification is to: (1) revise the Emergency Operations Center's hours of coverage at no additonal cost, and (2) revise Section B.3, paragraph c. in Modification No. 3.
The effective date of revised hour coverage for the Emergency Operations Center is May 1,1993. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:

Under Section C, DESCRIPTION / SPECIFICATIONS / STATEMENT OF WORK, paragraph 1.3.2.b the following facility hours of creerage are revised as follows:
" Emergency Operations Center:
Coverage:
Monday - Friday, 7:15am to 4:00pm" 2.
Under Section B.3, CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION--COST PLUS FIXED FEE (JUN 1988) ALTERNATE I (JUN 1991), paragraph c. is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
"c.
The amount currently obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is $1,101,300.00. The total ceiling amount for the Base Year and Option Year I is $1,330,939.58. The amount of
$1,243,868.76 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, and of which $87,070.82 represents the fixed fee. However, this does not change the total estimated cost to the Government for full performance of the contract which is $1,896,435.71."
All other terms and conditions of the contract, including the ceiling aanent of $1,330,939.58, remain unchanged.
l A summary of obligations for this contract, from award date through the date of this action is given below:
Total FY92 obligation amount $451,300.00 Total FY93 obligation amount $650,000.00 Cumulative Total of NRC Obligations $1,101,300.00 This modification does not obligate any funds.
