NRC-04-92-040 Modification No. 1 Page 2 of 2 This Modification No. I rescinds the previous unexecuted Modification No. I dated February 2,1993.
The purpose of this unilateral modification is to clarify the domestic travel requirements of this contract under subsection C.1.3.4 - TRAVEL in accordcnce with the Contractor's March 26, 1993 offer.
Accordingly, this contract is hereby modified as follows:
Subsection C.1.3.4 - TRAVEL is hereby deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
"C.I.3.4 TRAVEL Foreign: One trip per contract year to the CAMP conference for 2 people for 5 days; location to be determined.
Purpose:
To meet with foreign users, discuss code problems / errors, and obtain information on the modifications they have made to the code.
One contractor employee is required to attend to meet TRAC-BWR users and describe the TRAC-BWR maintenance program.
Domestic (Continental United States):
Two trips for two people to the NRC Headquarters.
Purpose:
To coordinate and review work done under the contract.
Two t' rips fcr two people for three days to Idaho National Engineering Laboratory or International Conferences held in the USA.
Purpose:
to coordinate the transfer of the TRAC-BWR code or investigate any discrepancies with the results reported by users.
All other terms and conditions of this contract, including the total estimated contract ceiling amount of $431,582.00, remain unchanged.
A summary of obligations for this contract, from award date through the date of this action is given below:

$100,000.00 Cumulative Total of NRC Obligations:
$100,000.00 This modification obligates no FY93 funds.
