QUARTERLY REPORT ON CLOSED MEETINGS OF THE ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON NUCLEAR WASTE In accordance with 10 CFR Part 7.17 ( b) (c), " Reports Required for l
Advisory Committees," this is to advise you that the Advisory Committee on Nuclear Waste held the following meetings since our last quarterly report on April 14, 1993.
Full Committee Meetings Meeting Dates 53rd May 19-20, 1993 54th June 25-26, 1993 About an hour of the 53rd ACNt/ meeting was closed to review the qualifications of individual consultants relative to future needs of the Committee and to discuss internal organizational and personnel matters with the ACNW Executive Director.
This portion was closed to public attendance pursuant to 5 U.S.C. 552b(c) (6) to discuss information of a personal nature the release of which would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.
The entire 54th ACNW meeting was closed to discuss a strategy for

preparing a response to recent direction from the Commission on the l
ACNW Charter and the reneval of appointments of members.
This meeting was closed to public attendance pursuant to 5 U.S.C.
552b(c) (2) to discuss raatters that relate solely to internal personnel rules and practices of this advisory committee and pursuant to 5 U.S.C.
552b(c) (6) to discuss information of a personal nature the release of which would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.
Copies of this report will be filed with the NRC Public Document Room and the Library of Congress for public inspection and use.
