Task Order No. 82 Under Centract No. NRC-03-90-031 Entitled " Electrical Distribution System Functional Inspection - Seabrook" 52 4'f 3 4 50- H H 4 In accordance with the task order procedures of the subject contract, this letter definitizes Task Order No. 82. This effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work, the Contractor's proposal dated April 8,1993 and the following telephonic changes:

Reduce fixed fee by $271.28 from $1681.94 (7.75%) to $1410.66 (6.50%)

Task Order No. 82 shall be in effect from date of award through June 4,1993, with a cost ceiling of $79,027.34. The amount of $77,616.68 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs, and the amount of $1,410.66 represents the fixed fee.
