The purpose of the subject modification is to extend the period of performance and correct the applicable period of the Indirect i
Rates listed under Modification 2.
Accordingly, the following changes are made:

As a result of Task Order 2, the period of performance is extended to February 12, 1995.
The ordering period under i
paragraph F.6, however, remains unchanged at 10/23/91 to l
10/24/94.

Section G.1 INDIRECT COST RATES, paragraph "a" is hereby

deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following:

Pending the establishment of final indirect rates which i
shall be negotiated based on audit of actual costs, the Contractor shall be reimbursed for allowable indirect costs as follows:
