Contract NRC-04-92-057, Modification 1 to Task Order 2, Entitled Containment Structure Leaking Testing i
The purpose of this modification is to extend the due date for the Interim Report, under paragraph 4 of the Statement of Work, from June 30, 1993 to July.15, 1993 at no additional cost to the l
Government or impact on the overall task schedule.
i The foregoing change is not an authorization for the contractor i
to exceed the ceiling price established under this Task Order.
Unless the ceiling price of this task is increased by subsequent written Supplemental Agreement, any cost incurred by the contractor in excess of the celing established shall be at the contractor's sole risk.
1 In consideration of this modification agreed to herein, as l
pertains to the above incorporated change, the contractor shall

provide one additional copy of the Interim Report as complete i
equitable adjustment for the claim stated in the contractor's letter dated June 18, 1993.
The. issuance of this modification does not amend any other terms or conditions of the subject task order, including the ceiling

amount'of $370,195.00.
