CONTRACT NO. NRC-04-91-071, TASK ORDER NO.
3, MODIFICATION NO. 3 i
The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance to September 30, 1993 at no additional cost to the government.
While it is anticipated that some additional SEA technical support may be needed in resolving Generic Issue 153,
" Loss of Essential Service Water in LWRs," no authorization for additional work is provided at this time.
This modification is to accommodate the revised schedules for the ACRS and CRGR meetings projected to occur in the June to July 1993 time frame.
Therefore, the expiration date of the period of performance of the subject task order is hereby extended from June 30, 1993 to September 30, 1993 at no additional cost to the government.
l The issuance of this modification is at no additional cost to the i
I government and does not amend any other terms or conditions of the subject task order including the ceiling amount of $85,767.00.
Please indicate your acceptance of Modification No. 3 to Task Order l
No. 3 by having an official, authorized to bind your organization, I
execute three copies of this document in the space provided and return two copies to the Contract Administrator, Ms. Amy Siller.
