TASK ORDER NO. 2, ENTITLED " EMERGENCY OPERATING PROCEDURE - CLINTON" UNDER CONTRACT NO. NRC-03-93-036 In accordance with Section G.5(c) of the subject contract, entitled

" Task Order Award," this letter definitizes the subject task order.

This effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work, the Contractor's proposal dated March 8, 1993, i and the following telephonic changes of March 8, 9 and 10, 1993:

Task Order No. 2 shall be in effect from March 11, 1993 through April 24, 1993, with a cost ceiling of $11,965.00. The amount of 4

$11,042.00 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs, the amount of $883.00 represents the fixed fee, and the amount of

$40.00 represents the facility's capital cost of money.

Funding for this task order has been obligated on the basic  !

contract under Job Code No. J-2012-3. i The following individuals are considered to be essential to the successful performance of the work hereunder: Joseph DeBor and James Lynch.

The Contractor agrees that such personnel shall not be removed from the effort under the task order without compliance with Contract l Clause H.1, Key Personnel.
