d Contract No. NRC-33-88-211' Modification No. 33 Page 2 The purpose of this modification is to correct Modification Number 32 to reflect an increase in the ceiling amount of the contract resulting from exercise of Option Periods 1 and 2.
Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:

CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION--COST PLUS FIXED FEE, subparagraph a. is revised to raise the estimated total cost of j
the contract by $558,013.00 (284,489 for Option Period 1 and
$273,524.00 for Option Period 2) in accordance with the following paragraph:
"a.
It is estimated that the total cost to the Government for full performance of this contract is $23,467,742.59 of which the sum of $21,959,543.00 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, and of which $1,508,199.59 represents the fixed fee."
l All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
A summary of obligations for this contract, from award date through the date of this action is given below:
