Modification No. 9 Page 2 of 3 The purpose of this modification is to 1) extend the period of performance in accordance with Scientech's memo dated June 28, 1993 at no change of the total estimated amount or obligated amount to the Government and 2) clairfy due dates of deliverables under Subtask 2A.
Therefore, the following changes are hereby made:
1.
Section F.6 entitled " DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD," is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
"This contract shall commence on July 1,1989 and will expire on September 30, 1993."
2.
Section C.1 entitled STATEMENT OF WORK, Subsection C.I.3, SCOPE OF WORK, Subtask 2A is deleted in its entirety and the following i,s substituted in lieu thereof:
" SUBTASK 2A Development of Technical Basis for Additional Regulatory Guidance 4.
Dose Assessment from Reactor Effluents: Provide Options Paper which identifies the various dose criteria in the 10 CFR and evaluates alternative means for modifying the requirements to achieve consistency with the revised Part 20. Draft Final Letter Report Due 6/15/93 Comments to Scientech from NRC Due 8/16/93 Final Letter Report Due 9/30/93."
A summary of obligations for this contract from award date through the date of this action is given below:
