NRC-39-89-133 The purpose of this modification is to provide for a downward adjustment of the Task Order ceiling amount to reflect completion of the subject Task Order.
Therefore, in accordance with Section G.6, entitled, " Task Order Procedures,"
of the subject contract, this letter definitizes Modification No. 4 to Task Order No. 09.
The Cost Ceiling associated with performance of this Task Order is hereby decreased from $135,698.98 by $2,158.29 to $133,540.69. The total estimated reimbursable cost amount of $124,703.16 is decreased by $2,158.29 to
$122,544.87.
The fixed fee amount of $10,995.82 remains unchanged.
