NRC-30-91-258 Modification No. 6 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to obligate additional funding in the amount of $15,000 and extend the period of performance. Accordingly, the following changes are made:
1.
Section B, Paragraph B.3, CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION--DELIVERY ORDERS (JUNE 1988), a and 5 are changed to read:
a.
The total estimated amount of this contract (ceiling) for the products / services ordered, delivered, and accepted under this contract is
$118,775.00.
b.
The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is
$108,000.00.
2.
Section F, Paragraph F.2 is changed to read:
"The ordering period for this contract shall commence on April 12, 1991 and will expire on July 31, 1993.
A summary of obligations for this contract from award date through date of this action is given below:
