-W Contract No. NRC-02-88-005 Modification No. 59 Page 2 The purpose of this modification is to 1) revise the NRC Program Element Managers for CNWRA Operations and Monitored Retrievable Storage shown in Section G.3.1.C, 2) incorporate the High Level Waste Operations Plan for FY93/94 into the contract, 3) revise the timeframes for award fee periods 11 through 20, 4) approve certain key personnel changes, 5) add a sentence to Section G.5, Travel Reimbursement, regarding shared travel costs, and 6) correct an administrative error in the summary of obligations for HLW for FY92. Accordingly, the following changes are hereby incorporated:

Revise Section G.3.1.C to delete the name "Clare V. DeFino" and insert "Willard B. Brown" as NRC Program Element Manager for CNWRA Operations effective January 15, 1993 and to delete the name " Steve Ruffin" and insert
" Edward Y. S. Shum" as NRC Program Element Manager for Monitored Retrievable Storage effective February 17, 1993.

C.3 is revised to add the following:
"CNWRA FY93/94 Operations Plan for the Division of High-level Waste Management Revision 3, Change 1."

Section B.2.B.f is deleted and replaced with the following:

Revise Attachment 11 to the contract, " Award Fee Determination Plan" as shown below:
Pages 1 and 3 of the plan are revised to change the ending date of the period from " September 26, 1993" to " September 26, 1997".
The dates on Paragraph B.1 on page 4 are revised to read: " September 27, 1992 through April 9, 1993". Attachment C-1 is revised to add the following:
