The purpose of this modification is to 1) revise the NRC Program Element Manager for Performance Assessment effective April 23,1993,2) revise the i
NRC Project Officer for CNWRA Internal Quality Asarance, COPS, Task 5 l
effective May 21,1993,3) reflect the current approved versions of the Operations / Project Plans, 4) revise the carryover amounts to reflect agreements reached between the Center a.nd DCPM at the April Mid-year Review (these amounts will be verified by NRC's Office of the Controller and any changes will be reflected in a future modification), and 5) confirm the verbal increase in authorized funds for !1LW and Research given on May 6, 1993, and adjust downward the amount authorized for MRS to reflect the actual carryover amount (note that the term " Fin" has been changed to " Job Code" in i
Section B.2.B).
Accordingly, the following changes are hereby incorporated-1.
Revise Section G.3.1.C to delete the name " Robert Neel' and insert l
" John T. Buckley" as NRC Program Element Manager for Performuce Assessment effective April 23, 1993. Also, delete the name " John T.
Buckley" and insert " John G. Spraul" as NRC Project Officer for CNWRA l
Internal Quality Assurance, COPS, Task 5 effective May 21, 1993.
