Contract No. NRC-10-90-130 Modification No. 8 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to change the expiration date of this contract from May 14, 1993 to September 13, 1993 at no increase in funding of this contract by the Government.
During this extended period, the contractor may not exceed expenditures of $10,000. Unless the estimated cost of this contract is increased by subsequent written supplemental agreement, any costs incurred by the contractor in excess of the present cost or funding limit as described in this paragraph shall be at the contractor's sole risk.
All other terms and conditions, including the contract ceiling of $81,988, shall remain the same.
