Termination of Task Order No. 2 under Contract No. NRC-33-93-182 You are hereby notified that Task Order No. 2, under Contract No.
NRC-33-93-182 shall be terminated completely, effective June 21, 1993, for the convenience of the Government in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause 52.249-6, entitled Termination (Cost Reimbursement).
This action is being taken because the requirement for this service will no longer exist under this task ordering contract.
All work relating to this task order under the above mentioned contract shall stop completely. You are requested to comply with the termination clause and the terms of the notice as described in FAR clause 49.104. Should there be any settlement costs involved, a proposal reflecting these costs is required.
Please acknowledge receipt of this letter by signing three copies of this document in the space provided and returning two copies to the address listed 1
below. One fully executed copy of this document should be retained for your records.
