Modification No. 6 to Task Order No. 3 under Contract No.
NRC-03-90-027, Entitled " Review of the Report NTH-TR-01, RETRAN Model Qualification" The purpose of this task order modification is to provide: (1) an increase to the level of effort to allow additional time for review and evaluation of the licensee's submittal in response to a request for additional information; (2) an increase to the task order ceiling amount by $5,842.00 from $28,807.00 to $34,649.00; and (3) an extension to the expiration date of the subject task order. As a result of the above, the scheduled completion dates reflected under the Work Requireme s of the Statement of Work are hereby revised to allow for completion of the draft and final Technical Evaluation Report.
In accordance with Section G.6, Task Order Procedures, of the subject contract, this letter definitizes Modification No. 6 to Task Order No. 3.
This effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work and the contractor's technical proposal dated March 19, 1993, incorporated herein by reference.
As a result of the above, the total cost ceiling associated with performance of Task Order No. 3 is hereby increased by $5,842.00 from
$28,807.00 to $34,649.00.
The total estimated reimbursable cost amount of
$26,284.00 is increased by $5,330.00 to $31,614.00 and the fixed fee is increased from $2,523.00 by $512.00 to $3,035. '10.

This task order modification is issued to allow the contractor additional time to review and evaluate the licensee's third submittal in response to the contractor's request for additional information.
As a result, the
