The purpose of this modification is to (1) add funding to permit the i
continuation of technical assistance for reviewing financial assurar.ce documents submitted to the NRC by various licensees, (2) extend the period of performance to December 31,1994, and (3) change the project officer from i
Paula Z. Schofield to Daniel T. Huang.
This definitization letter also confirms the verbal authorization given to you by Ms. Amy Siller of my staff on June 3,1993 to continue work using your existing balance of approximately $8,000. The obligated amount of the subject task order is increased by $49,966 of which $45,967 represents the reimbursable costs and $3,999 represents the fixed fee. Therefore, the total ceiling and obligated amount with respect to Task Order No. 2 is $244,989 of which $225,380.86 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs and the amount of $19,608.14 represents the fixed fee.

extended from December 31, 1993 to December 31, 1994.
