Dear Mr. Spencer:
This refers to your application dated June 10, 1992, requesting Nuclear Regulatory Commission approval of your Quality Assurance (QA) Program for Transport Containers in accordance with 10 CFR S 71.12(b).
In connection with our review of your QA Program, we requested clarification, additional information, and the required application fee.
In our letter dated June 6,1993, you were advised of your failure to respond and our intent to issue a denial of your application if we did not hear from you within 30 days. As of this date, you have failed to provide the required information and application fee or a date when it would be provided.
In the absence of the required information upon which to base NRC approval of your QA Program for Transport Containers in accordance with 10 CFR 6 71.12(b), your application is denied.
You may request a hearing with respect to this denial within 20 days from the date of this notice.
