By letter datei February 28, 1991, Texas Utilities Electric Company (TV Electric) sue.i.itted topical report RXE-90-006-P, " Power Distribution Control Analysis and Overtemperature N-16 and Overpower N-16 Trip Setpoint Methodology."
In response to staff questions, TU Electric provided additicaal information in submittals dated December 20, 1991, and May 28, 1993.
The staff has reviewed topical report RXE-90-006-P and the additional information provided by the licensee and finds the methodology acceptable for use by TU Electric for Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station, Units 1 and 2, as documented in the enclosed safety evaluation.
