River Bend Station - Unit 1 Docket No. 50-458 Pursuant 10CFR50.54(p), please find enclosed four copies (Nos. 18,19,20, and 21) of Revision 7 to the River Bend Station (RBS) Safeguard Contingency Plan (SCP). Changes have been made to the SCP to reflect current activities of the RBS security program. An explanation of these changes are enclosed to facilitate NRC review. The changes have been determined to not involve an unreviewed safety question, nor do the changes decrease the effectiveness of the security program. Revision 7 represents a major rewrite of the SCP, is issued in total and supersedes all earlhr revisions.
The SCP is considered " Safeguards Information" pursuant 10CFR73.21 and should be handled accordingly.
