For SSCs whose performance is effectively controlled by preventive maintenance activities.
Licensee would establish performance criteria Single maintenance preventible failure would require root cause evaluation and corrective action Repetitive maintenance preventible functional failure would require goal setting and monitoring Licensees are encouraged to consider the use of reliability-based methods for their preventive maintenance programs Slide 4
