REVISED SYSTEMATIC ASSESSMENT OF LICENSEE PERFORMANCE (SALP) PROGRAM On July 14, 1993, the NRC implemented a revised program. A copy of the revised SALP program has been enclosed for your information. The revised program states that the assessment period, for the two periods following initial plant startup, will be 12 months.

To implement the guidance provided in the revised SALP program, the length of your current assessment period has been scheduled for 12 months. As discussed in our letter of July 23, 1993, which transmitted the initial SALP report for the Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station, the next SALP period will be from May 30, 1993, to May 28, 1994.
