Letter from OPPD (R. L. Andrews) to NRC (Document Control Desk) dated June 22, 1987 (LIC-87-425)

Dear Mr. Milano:

This letter supersedes the " Application for Amendment of Operating License" contained in Reference 2.

The changes requested are administrative clarifications pertaining to the applicability of surveillance requirements.

OPPD respectively request 30 days from the date of issuance in order to implement the revised specifications.

Attachment A contains a markup reflecting the requested changes to pages of the Technical Specification.

Attachment B provides a discussion and justification j

for the changes and a "no significant hazards consideration analysis."
