I apologize for not responding to Northeast Utilities. request for summary judgement.
This process has been extremely frustrating,

to me, working with neither funds or assistance in getting things together.
My efforts to secure assistance in preparing our = response, including finding a competent attorney to work pro-bono, have been largely unsuccessful.
Additionally efforts in raising funds to pursue this matter have also not been successful.
We appreciate the work you have done and the courtesies you have extended me and CCMN in this matter, and'wish you to know that we nether knowingly or intentionally meant you any -hardship.
We understand some of the difficulties we may have - caused you because of our volunteer nature, lack of legal expertise, and the fact that the one expert allowed in your rulings was not always available to us when needed.
