NRC REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE
Dear Mr. Chappell:
In Reference (b), the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) requested additional information regarding the Yankee Atomic Electric Company (YAEC) application for a transportation cask Certificate of Compliance (Reference (c)). NRC further requested that YAEC provide a schedule for response within thirty days of the date'of Reference (b). This letter serves to notify NRC that YAEC will provide responses to the Staff's request for additional information by August 6,1993.
