Application for Amendment of Operating License Enclosed please find Omaha Public Power District's (OPPD) " Application for Amendment of Operating License" whicn seeks to amend the Fort Calhoun Station Unit No.1 Technical Specifications to incorporate administrative changes.
Attachment A contains a markup reflecting the requested changes of the Technical Specifications.
Attachment B provides the " Discussion, Justifichtion and No -
Significant Hazards Consideration." OPPD respectfully requests'60 days from the date of issuance to implement these proposed changes.
