Dear Mr. Borchardt:
Enclosed are thirty-four copies of selected sections of Chapter 19, P.esponse to Severe Accident Policy Statement, of the Standard Safety Analysis Report (SSAR) for the Advanced Boiling Water Reactor (ABWR). Amendment 28 incorporates the majority of transmittals resolving DFSER issues pertaining to Severe Accident and PRA. The remaining sections will be provided in a near future amendment. At that time, the err, ire Chapter 19 will be provided in the single column format (similar to SBWR).
