Modification No. 2 Contract No. NRC 04-91-054 Page 2 of 3 The purpose of this modification is to revise the statement of work to reflect a within scope change, revise the Key Personnel clause, increase the contract ceiling, provide incremental funding, and authorize contractor-acquired property. Therefore, the contract is modified as follows:
(1) Attachment No.1, " Statement of Work, Modification No. 2", is hereby incorporated into and made a part of Section C.1 of the contract. This effort shall be performed in accordance with the contractor's proposal dated December 16, 1992 and December 21, 1992.
(2) Section B.3, " Consideration and Obligation", is hereby modified to reflect an increase of $94,087.00 in the contract ceiling amount and an increase of $100,000.00 in the amount obligated to the contract.
Therefore, paragraphs a.,
c., and d. are modified to read as follows:

The total estimated cost to the Government for full performance of this contract is $1,019,501.00, of which the sum of $941,282.00 represents the estimated reimbursable cost, and of which $78,219.00 represents the fixed fee.
c.
The amount currently obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is $800,000, of which the sum of $737,327 1
represents the estimated reimbursable cost, and of which $62,673 represents the fixed fee.
For further provisions on funding, see the LIMITATION OF FUNDS clause incorporated in Section I.
d.
It is estimated that the amount currently allotted will cover l
the cost of performance of the contract through December 5, 1993.

(4) Section H is hereby modified to incorporate the following Subsection:

H.9 CONTRACTOR-ACQUIRED PROPERTY Other provisions of this contract notwithstanding, the contractor is hereby authorized to acquire the following property within the limits set forth below, subject to the terms and conditions of the GOVERNMENT PROPERTY clause incorporated by reference, for use in direct performance of the contract.
Title to this property shall vest in the Government.

ATTACHMENT NO. 1 STATEMENT OF WORK NRC 04-91-054 Modification No. 2 1.
Provide NRC project officer with a draft revision to the REMIT software users manual which incorporates the comments received by NRC during beta testing as deemed appropriate by the NRC project manager. This task shall be completed no later than 1 month from the initiation of this modification. This task should require approximately 1.5 person-months of technical effort and 1 person week of clerical effort.
2.
Provide NRC project officer with REMIT version 2.0 which corrects all errors and incorporates all comments received by NRC during beta testing as deemed appropriate by the NRC project man =pr.
Th1s task shall be completed no later than 1.5 months from the initiation of this modification. This task should require approximately 2 person-months of programmer effort.
3.
Foll aing receipt of NRC project officer comments on the draft, provide flRC project officer with a final camera ready REMIT users manual for publication as a NUREG/CR. This task shall be completed no later than 2 weeks from the date NRC project officer comments are received by contractor. This task should require approximately 0.5 person-months of technical effort and.25 person-weeks of clerical effort.
4.
Provide technical support to software users for one year following release of the software and the users manual to licensees.
This task should require approximately 1 person-month of technical effort.
