Modification No. I to Task Order No, 5 under Contract No.

NRC-04-91-066 The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance from ,

April 26, 1993 to October 26, 1993, at no additional cost or obligation to l l the Government. The extension is needed to allow NRC to perform its internal reviews and provide comments to the contractor. Accordingly, the l task order is hereby modified to read as follows:

! The first sentence of Paragraph 2 of the definitization letter is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:

" Task Order No. 5 shall be in effect from August 27, 1992 through October 26, 1993, with a total cost ceiling of $28,609.00."

A summary of obligations for this task order, from award date through the date of this action is given below:

Total FY92 Obligation Amount: $28,609.00 -

This modification does not obligate any FY93 funds.

All other terms and conditions of the subject task order remain unchanged.
