The purpose of this modification is to deobligate all excess funds

under this contract. The contractor has completed all requirements required by the Government at a total cost of $1,905,480.34.
The i
Government has paid the contractor $1.905,480.34 for all services i
rendered.
Accordingly, the following action is taken ARTICLE III - CONSIDERATION AND PAYMENT, Section A. Estimated Cost.
Fixed Fee. and Oblication is revised to decrease the obligated amount by
$28,841.11 from
$1,934,321.45 to
$1,905,480.34.
Therefore, paragraph 3 is revised to read "3.
Obligation of Funds.
The amount presently obligated by i
the Government with respect to this contract is
