The purpose of this task order modification is to provide: (1) an increase i
to the level of effort to allow additional time for review and evaluation of the licensee's submittal in response to a request for additional l
information; and (2) an increase to the task order ceiling amount by
$3,866.00 from $32,735.00 to $36,601.00.
As a result, the scheduled completion dates. reflected.under the Work Reauirements.of the Statement of Work are hereby revised to allow additional time for preparation and l
submittal.of the draft and final.. Technical. Evalpation Report.
In accordance Section G.6, Task Order Procedores, of the subject contract,

this letter definitizes Modification No. 4 to Task Order 12. This effort l
shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work and l
the contractor's revised technical proposal dated March 19, 1993, incorporated herein by reference., _

As a result of the above, the total cost ceiling associated with performance of Task Order No. 12 is hereby increased by $3,866.00 from l

$32,735.00 to $36,601.00. The total estimated reimbur sable cost amount of L
$29,932.00 is increased by $3,527.00 to $33,459.00. The fixed fee is increased from $2,803.00 by $339.00 to $3,142.00.

STATEMENT OF WORK PROPOSED MODIFICATION NO. 4 TO TASK ORDER NO.12 UNDER CONTRACT NO. NRC-03-90-027 This task order modification is issued to allow the contractor additional time to review and evaluate the licensee's third submittal in response to the contractor's request for additional information.
As a result, the scheduled completion dates for the above identified task order is hereby revised to allow for preparation and submittal of the draft and final Technical Evaluation Report (TER) to the NRC.
Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:
WORK REQUIREMENTS SCHEDULED COMPLETION 2.
Review and evaluate the responses to the April 5, 1993 request for additional information.
Participate in telephone discussions with the licensee as necessary.
3.
Prepare and submit a draft TER for NRC April 5, 1993 review and comment.
The TER should document. the results of the technical review completed under Tasks 1 and 2.
(Note: NRC comments on the draft TER will i
be provided to the contractor not later than April 8, 1993.)
4.
Prepare and submit a final TER April 9, 1993 incorporating NRC comments.
LEVEL OF EFFORT The estimated level of effort for this task order modification is one additional one person week.
