Contract No.NRC-03-82-096 Modification No. 41 Page 2 of 2 Based on available information, it appears that there are excess funds remaining under this contract. Therefore, the purpose of this modification are to decrease the amount obligated by the Concission, and to cancel Modification No. 40 which was not approved and signed by the Contractor.
Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:
Under Section 3.0, Consideration and Payment, the obligated amount is reduced by $16,570.67 from 57,881,501.08 to 57,864,930.41. Therefore, Paragraph 4 of this Section is deleted in it's entirety and the following is substituted in liew thereof:
"4.
Tctal funds currently available for payment and alloted to this contract is $7,864,930.41 of which $7,137,652.63 represents reimbursable costs and of which $727,277.78 represents available award fee."
All other terms and conditions under this contract remain unchanged.
