RES-C93-046 and RES-C93-070 Modification No. 2 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to (1) temporarily add' key. personnel, Dr. Joseph Staudenmeier, for the period January 4,1993 to July 4 1993, in i
accordance with the Contractor's December 23, 1992, letter offer, and (2) i provide incremental funding in the amount of $130,000.00 from $100,000.00 j
to $230,000.00. Accordingly, this contract is hereby modified as follows:
1.
Under Subsection H.1 - KEY PERSONNEL (JUN 1988), paragraph a. is deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:

The following individuals are considered to be essential to the successful performance of the work hereunder:
Dr. Anthony Baratta Dr. John Mahaffy Dr. Gordon Robinson Dr. Joseph Staudenmeier

Under Subsection B.3 - CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION--COST REIMBURSEMENT i
(JUN 1988) ALTERNATE I (JUN 1988), paragraph b. is deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof.

The amount presently obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is $230,000.00."
All other' terms and conditions of this contract, including the total estimated contract ceiling amount of $431,582.00,; remain unchanged..
