Three copies of the two summary technical reports Integrated Primary Containment Leak Rate Test Performed July,1970 Secondary Containment Leak Rate Test Perfortred August,1970 are hereby submitted in accordance with the reporting requirements of section 6.6.E.3 of Appendix A, Technical Speci fication, of the Provisional Operating Li cense DPR-22.
