The purpose of this Modification is to (1) Correct Modification No. 2 4
which was executed on 8/09/89 under " Change in Billing and Payment-Procedures" to reacf Modification No; 3, (2). Provide. funds 'for FY 1990 in the _ amount of $3,884.00 and (3) Exercise option to extend period of performance.
Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:
