LICENSEES' MOTION FOR MODIFICATION
.iOF LICENSING BOARD'S HEARING SCHEDULE In its Memorandum and Order (Denying Staff's And Licensee's Motions For: Reconsideration) dated July 23, 1990, the At'omic Safetyiand Licensin; Board (the " Board") set.a' hearing for August 28, 1990 and established a discovery. schedule based on this hear-ing date.. ' Licensees have informed the' Board that Licensees, ohio Citizens for Responsible Energy, Inc. ("OCRE'"), and the'NRC Staff wish to amend the-hearing date and discovery schedule because of conflicting court cases and vacations of the individuals involved.
With the agreement of OCRE and coutisel for the NRC Staff, Licensees propose that the Board adopt the following hear-ing date and discovery schedule:

Any interrogatories which OCRE, the NRC Staff or Lic-i ensees wish to propound shall be served no later than August 10, L1990. (None of the parties intends to take depositions in this proceeding.)

Answers to-interrogatories shall be served on or before August 31, 1990.

Pre-filed'ter.timony shall be submitted on or before October-1,- 1990.

The evidenti aryl '.iearing shall commence on October -16,.
1990.
In the event this dute is not acceptable to the Board, Licensees propose that the hearing commence'sn October 30, 1990,-
or in the alternative, September 25, 1990.
If-one of these alternate dates is selected, Licensees propose that the date for submission of-pre-filed testimony be adjusted to the date that is fifteen (15) days prior to the date selected for the hearing.
Licensees respectfully submit that the Board adopt the pro-posed schedule for discovery and date for hearing.
Both OCRE and counsel for'the NRC Staff have-authorized counsel for licensees to represent their approval of the proposed schedule set forth above.
